With the support of surveillance systems manufacturer Avigilon, Paul demonstrated where the market was heading, how the migration to IP was inevitable and the challenges and opportunities that such change can offer.

"It was a great honor to have been invited to attend the third edition of EISCE in Quito and to attend the inauguration of the Security Council Congress of UNASUR, which is clearly a very important initiative that brings together 12 South American countries in a strategy of integrated security.
I was delighted to have the opportunity to meet with the Coordinating Minister of Security Ing. César Navas and the British Ambassador of Ecuador Mr. Patrick Mullee. I was particularly impressed to see the ECU911 project in action. The way in which ECU 911 has integrated all services (public safety, police, fire and ambulance) into a single high-tech control environment should be a lesson for countries and cities around the world.
I would like to thank the organizers of EISCE for inviting me, Pablo Reyes for making my visit without problems and our colleagues from Avigilon without whose support we would not have been able to participate.
I hope that the public has found the presentation "IP stands for Inevitable Progress" interesting and that they have found something of value. "- Mr. Paul Hennings, CEO IP UserGroup International
